Service Agreement

To use the Tradabit Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• You must not be located in a country or region under sanctions or legal restrictions related to binary options trading.
• You must comply with all local laws, including but not limited to trading, taxation, and financial reporting obligations.

Tradabit offers the following services:

• Access to a digital binary/digital options trading platform
• Demo trading with virtual funds
• Real-money trading for approved, verified accounts
• Real-time price charts, indicators, and market signals
• Affiliate program with commission-based earnings
• Customer support and platform guidance

• Users must create an account using a valid email and phone number.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to activate withdrawals.
• Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date personal information.
• Tradabit reserves the right to approve or reject registrations at its sole discretion.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful trading purposes
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative behavior
• Bear full responsibility for your trades and investment outcomes
• Understand that binary options trading carries a risk of total capital loss

By using Tradabit, you acknowledge:

• You fully understand the risks involved
• You will not hold Tradabit or its partners liable for losses
• You are solely responsible for managing your exposure and trading decisions

• All transactions must be made using your verified payment methods
• Withdrawals are processed only after KYC completion
• Minimum and maximum limits apply per payment channel
• Delays may occur due to network congestion, third-party processor issues, or compliance checks

If you participate in the Tradabit Affiliate Program, you agree to:

• Promote the platform ethically without making false claims
• Avoid spam, misleading ads, or unethical marketing
• Comply with commission terms and payout thresholds
• Understand that abusive affiliate behavior may lead to account termination

All content, branding, logos, trading tools, designs, and code on the platform are owned by Tradabit or licensed to us. You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Reverse engineer or exploit backend systems
• Use any scraping or automated tools against the platform

Tradabit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate any terms outlined in this agreement
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Attempt to manipulate platform functionality
• Provide false identity or payment information

You may also request account closure at any time via support.

Tradabit, its partners, directors, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from your trading activity
• Temporary platform outages or third party downtime
• Damages arising from force majeure events or cyberattacks
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Tradabit operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the same jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

Tradabit reserves the right to revise or update this Service Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By registering and using Tradabit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement in its entirety.
